I believe therapy is not a treatment, but a process of self exploration and
awareness. It will make you believe in happiness, living and loving. As a
therapist, I tailor my approach, as per the clients needs and pace.
On an overall level, I am inclined to using Person Centered and Cognitive
Behavior Therapy, which predominantly focuses on self, feelings, emotions and
behavior. I have experience working with children and young adults, in the
areas of Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Family Conflicts, Relationships, Anger
Management and Self Exploration.
