People and therapy marketers would have already given you a list of reasons to go to therapy. But let’s be honest...
Therapy is EXPENSIVE🤑. It usually takes 5k-7k to complete the number of sessions after which you can ACTUALLY OBSERVE significant change in yourself. Hence, you should not dwell on it just for fun or just to explore when it’s tough for you to spend that much money.
So, you should NOT go to therapy,
If you have budget constraints and feel that you already have someone to vent out your emotions.
If you feel you can process and work on your emotions without professional tools.
If you are looking for a quick life solution or want someone to solve your problems for you.
