In my sessions, I give you a space that feels safe, warm, and without judgment. But it is not only about comfort. My job is also to gently challenge you when it is needed.


This helps you see things in a new way, break old patterns, and build a life that feels healthier for you.


I have taken 200+ sessions, and each one has taught me something new. Every client’s story has shaped me as much as therapy has shaped them.


In my opinion, real change does not come from only hearing “you’re right” or “it will be okay.” Unlike ChatGPT, I do more than reflect your thoughts back to you. We do the real work together and real work takes effort. And that effort leads to real change.


I have been trained in more than 8 types of therapeutic approaches like Gestalt, CBT, REBT, Narrative Therapy, etc., but I don't the same method for everyone.


I adapt my approach to the person sitting in front of me.


Throughout the session, my goal is to help you make positive changes in how you think, how you feel, and how you live your life.
