Yoga Nidra is a simple YET powerful tool to

  1. Fall asleep faster

  2. Feel relaxed and pumped for the day in 30 min (if you haven't slept enough in the night)


This 30 min guided puts you in a sleep like state and helps you turn off your thoughts (something we all struggle with).


You can do this in the morning when you didn't get enough sleep, or at the night to fall asleep faster.
