How to NOT listen to sh*t your brain says

“YOU ARE NOT YOUR THOUGHTS”

You might have heard it often but then how do you differentiate yourself from your negative thoughts?

Here’s a simple trick- Give a name to your mind! 🧠

Research suggests that by giving your mind a name, you make it a different person and hence you can choose to agree or not agree with it. This will help you BELIEVE that you are not your thoughts.


Pick any name you like- Mr. Bon, Miss. Jimmy...whatever

So whenever Mr. Bon says- “You are not worth it” or "you don’t deserve this”

You can take a deep breath and say-

“No Mr. Bon, you are wrong and I abso-fukin-lutely deserve it!” 😎 Here you can challenge your thoughts just like you would challenge the opinion of any other person.
