We're all humans, and humans have a wide range of emotions. Feeling sad, stressed, or anxious is as normal as feeling happy or excited.
Imagine you just lost a pet you loved dearly. It's natural to feel sad.
What differentiates a person with good mental health is how they react to it!
Do they talk about their emotions and process the loss, or pretend to be happy and put those emotions under the rug!
Basically,
it's not about avoiding negative emotions, but handling it in a healthy way.
