What if I tell you that the problem of overthinking can be dealt with by overthinking!

Yes, It’s true. And personally tested by me- “The chief overthinker”.🤔

Here’s what you have to do!

Set aside 5-10 minutes of your day for overthinking. Remember to keep a fixed timer. After the timer goes off, take some time and a pen and a paper and write down everything that comes to your mind. This will take your thoughts from the mind and put it in the paper.

Afterwards, read through the paper and tell yourself what you would have told your best friend in that situation. This will help you detach yourself from your thoughts and get a different perspective.

Hope this helps you overthink a little less.
